Submitting a form or scheduling a discovery call does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, guarantee project acceptance, or guarantee pricing. Ritarch may review each inquiry and determine whether the project is a good fit based on scope, location, budget, timing, service needs, and other relevant factors.

Any service descriptions, timelines, packages, or pricing shown on our website or in our communications are for general informational purposes only unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.

Final project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, revision terms, payment schedule, and responsibilities will be defined in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement.

Ritarch reserves the right to accept, decline, or refer out any project inquiry at its discretion.

  1. Estimates, Pricing, and Project Scope

Any estimated pricing, budget guidance, project timeline, or service recommendation provided before a signed agreement is preliminary and subject to change.

Final pricing may vary based on project size, complexity, location, site conditions, requested deliverables, design revisions, contractor coordination, material selections, client responsiveness, and other project-specific factors.

Additional services, revisions, site visits, drawing updates, design changes, construction changes, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

  1. No Professional Licensing Guarantee

Ritarch may provide interior design, design consulting, planning, visualization, creative direction, and architecture-related services depending on the specific project scope.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Ritarch does not guarantee that any service includes licensed architectural, engineering, construction, permit, code compliance, or contractor services.

Clients are responsible for confirming whether licensed architects, engineers, contractors, expediters, or other professionals are required for their project, permits, construction, approvals, or local jurisdiction requirements.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, measurements, photos, inspiration, goals, budget expectations, access details, project constraints, and any relevant property or building information.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing designs, responding in a timely manner, approving selections, coordinating with contractors when applicable, and making final decisions related to their project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ritarch is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, third-party availability, contractor delays, permitting delays, vendor delays, material availability, site conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors

Ritarch may recommend, reference, coordinate with, or communicate about third-party vendors, contractors, fabricators, suppliers, software platforms, or service providers.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, Ritarch is not responsible for the work, pricing, availability, conduct, warranties, errors, omissions, delays, or performance of third-party vendors or contractors.

Any agreement between the client and a third party is separate from the client’s agreement with Ritarch.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, mood boards, renderings, layouts, written materials, website content, branding, images, graphics, text, videos, documents, and other creative materials created by or for Ritarch are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ritarch retains ownership of its original concepts, templates, processes, design methods, presentation formats, website content, and creative materials.

Clients may receive a limited right to use final approved project materials for the specific project for which they were created, once all required payments have been made. Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or use Ritarch materials for other projects without written permission.

  1. Website Content and Portfolio Use

Ritarch may display completed work, project images, renderings, concepts, before-and-after content, testimonials, and project details in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or marketing materials unless confidentiality restrictions are agreed in writing.

If a client has privacy concerns about project photos, names, addresses, or other identifying details, the client should notify Ritarch in writing before project publication.

  1. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Ritarch, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your design inquiry, discovery call, appointment reminders, scheduling coordination, project follow-up, and related communication.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving text messages from Ritarch. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Ritarch.

Ritarch reserves the right to reschedule meetings, site visits, consultations, or project work when necessary due to availability, emergencies, delays, or other reasonable circumstances.

  1. No Guarantees

Ritarch aims to provide thoughtful, professional, and high-quality design services. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, permit result, construction result, property value increase, business result, sales result, or personal satisfaction outcome unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Design is subjective, and final results may be affected by client decisions, contractor execution, budget, material availability, site conditions, lighting, construction quality, vendor performance, and other external factors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritarch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, communications, forms, booking pages, or services.

Ritarch’s total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Ritarch for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Our website, forms, messages, or emails may include links to third-party websites, tools, calendars, payment processors, social media platforms, or other external services.

Ritarch is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites or services.
